This month's theme is Ankle Strengthening!
There is a lot of lateral movement, running and jumping involved in volleyball, all of this can easily strain an athlete's ankle. The muscles around the ankle and the ankle itself are put under an immense amount of stress during sports, therefore they are one of the more vulnerable parts of the body prone to injuries.
How can we avoid such injuries?
